Complete the following form to secure your booking for the 2024 Quilters Exhibition & Fabric Sale.

Ensure you have read the Terms & Conditions document (click here) before submitting your completed form below.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • although there is no charge for a Group Exhibitor space, a donated prize for the Visitors Prize Draw will be gratefully collected on the day of the event. This must be new and suitable for a stitcher/quilter
  • all Groups must have appropriate Public Liability Insurance valid for the date of the event and submit a copy of the certificate prior to the event
  • Up to 6 Stewards receive free entry into the event.  Each Group is required to submit their list of names prior to the event

STAND REQUIREMENTS: each wooden table measures 4ft wide x 2ft 3in deep (120cm x 68cm)
