This workshop will help you create a surface, bonding fabrics, foils, organza and stitch to produce a piece of art or a surface fabric to make into something and it’s suitable for anyone who can use a sewing machine.

Knowledge of free motion embroidery on a machine is an advantage but not essential.

You will need to bring your own sewing machine and some basic sewing items (requirements list will be provided). Specialised foils and fabrics will be provided – although you may wish to bring some of your own fabrics if you want to use specific colours.

All specialised fabrics included.

Join the talented Diane Moore, Textile Artist, who will introduce you to the many different types of soluble fabric and how to create lace or art pictures.

Specialised soluble fabric will be provided and it is suitable for anyone who can use a sewing machine.Knowledge of free motion embroidery on a machine is an advantage but not essential.
